We want to extend a thank you for considering AdultSpan to meet your patient’s, or client’s mental health counseling needs. AdultSpan appreciates your referral and knows that your clients and patients trust you to connect them with care that reflects your high standard of quality. I will work hard to deserve that trust by offering you and your clients…

• Timely appointments. AdultSpan will offer at least one initial counseling appointment within the same week as receiving the referral information.
• In home / nursing home appointments for clients with barriers to mobility at home and in the community.
• Collaboration and communication. Interdisciplinary work between professionals and family is an important brand value at AdultSpan. With client informed consent and releases, AdultSpan seeks to keep communication regularly with referring health care providers on client goals and progress.
• Using evidenced-based practices including CBT, Narrative Therapy or Solutions Focused Therapy.  I strive to use measurably reliable and valid client driven outcomes to measure progress in addition to more objective assessments.
• I offer individual, family, and couples counseling as best serves the client’s needs. Group Counseling and Support Group Facilitation available based on interest.
